Brewnotes collects as little as it can. This page describes everything it actually does, not everything a privacy policy template usually says.

The email list

If you enter your email address in the signup form, that address is stored so it can be used to email you about new guides. It is not sold, rented or passed to anyone else. Ask and it will be deleted.

What else is stored

There is no analytics service, no advertising network and no tracking pixel on this site. Nothing is written to your browser's storage. Like any website, the server that delivers these pages processes the request itself, including your IP address, in order to answer it.

Links to other sites

Following a link to a retailer takes you into their site, where their own privacy policy applies. An affiliate link may tell that retailer the visit came from here, which is how a commission gets attributed. See the affiliate disclosure.
